Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer Lead with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our innovative and collaborative development team.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of scalable, efficient, and high performance Salesforce applications.

You will leverage your deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, particularly LWC and Event-Driven Architecture, to create modern, responsive applications and lead your team in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) :

- Design and develop sophisticated Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern, responsive user interfaces, following Salesforce best practices for component-based design and modularity.

Implement Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) :

- Architect and implement Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) within Salesforce using Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and other event-based mechanisms to enable real-time communication across systems and improve application performance.

Salesforce Solution Design :

- Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient Salesforce solutions, leveraging declarative and programmatic tools.

Integrations & Middleware :

- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, and other integration tools to streamline business processes and ensure seamless data flow.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation :

- Stay ahead of new Salesforce features and best practices, especially around LWC and Event-Driven Architectures, to continually improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Code Quality & Performance Optimization :

- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and performant code.

- Optimize applications for better performance, focusing on lightning-speed user interfaces, reduced page load times, and improved API call efficiency.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, project managers, and business analysts, to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and align development efforts with business goals.

Release Management & Deployment :

- Lead the release management lifecycle, using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools to ensure a smooth, efficient deployment pipeline and version control management.

Customer Focus & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Regularly engage with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and refine the technical roadmap.

- Provide technical leadership and insights to the broader team and customer base.

Leadership & Collaboration Skills :

- Strong team leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and coaching developers.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, balancing both technical and business objectives.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions using Salesforce technologies, particularly LWC and Event-Driven Architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred).

Experience :

- Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce, including strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

- Proven experience in implementing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) within Salesforce, using tools such as Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Asynchronous Apex.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Aura framework.

- Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), including Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Streaming API.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Integration Tools (e., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, MuleSoft).

- Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD practices for efficient source code management and deployment.
