Senior Accounts Executive

OPPORTUNITY to work for a Leading Retail Jewellery Brand.....!!!!

Role & responsibilities

• Maintenance of all the transactions (i.e. payments, receipts, sales, purchases, bank and cash entries) in books of accounts in tally software and company's inhouse software.
• Monthly preparation of GST and TDS workings preparation for filing respective returns.
• Reconciliation of trade receivable, trade payable ledgers, bank and cash records on timely basis.
• Strong in General Accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel/Advance Excel for calculations
• Liaison with all vendors/CA during audit and reconciliation of ledgers as and when required.
• Physical maintenance of all financial documents.
• Email drafting with good and legible English (MANDATORY).

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Com, Inter CA./B.Com/BAF
• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• Skill set in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical and leadership skills.
