Job Title: Logistic Specialist

Job Location: Lahe, Shahpur Thane

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle outward documents including Invoices, Replacement Challans, EWB (E-Way Bill), Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.
• Manage and process Export and Import Documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy of Transport Documents.
• Proficient use of MS Excel and MS Word for documentation and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDC (Tax Deducted at Source) & TCS (Tax Collected at Source).
• Utilize SAP for inventory and accounting tasks (if applicable).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in a similar role.
• Education: Commerce Graduate with knowledge of Import and Export processes, or a related Diploma.
• Skills:
• Strong command of Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with accounting concepts and GST regulations.
• Knowledge of TDC & TCS provisions.
• Experience with SAP software is highly preferred.
