Waste Water Treatment Equipment - Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Responsibility: -

• To drive sales of Wastewater Treatment technologies such as screening systems, grit treatment, sludge treatment etc. within Indian states
• To sell solutions and services to customers, promoting all aspects of company portfolio to ensure increasing sales volume, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets
• Develop and foster positive relationship with water supply and sewerage boards, consultants and turnkey contractors to position the company as the preferred provider of advanced wastewater treatment technologies
• To be aware and obtain a full understanding of tender specifications, terms and tendering process
• Creating the opportunity to the company to provide bids / proposals to all such projects
• Prepare informative, responsible and complete bids in coordination with the team in timely manner
• To ensure smooth execution of projects and payment collection

Desired Candidate:

• Should have successfully executed business plans to achieve Sales targets.
• Exposure to wastewater treatment equipment /plant basic design and selling.
• Should have contacts in municipal corporations, consultants, contractors at all levels
• Should have good sales, communication, and presentation skills

Qualification:

BE/Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical engineering

Experience:

6 - 10 years of experience in WWTP sales or business development.
