Opening For Perimeter Security- TL with one of our Reputed Client

This position will focus on the implementation and execution of the Perimeter Security plans and their execution within GCS. The responsibility includes team management, control and oversight of perimeter security operations for respective building/campus/city. The PSTL will be accountable and play a key role in ensuring robust perimeter security & surveillance operations; adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and their review & update at desired intervals. The Team Lead will also be responsible for capacity build (where necessary) and training of the surveillance and patrolling team.

The PSTL will ensure adequate monitoring, reporting and acquittal of perimeter security activities in accordance with GCSs policies and protocols, establish and maintain constructive working relationships with other teams, if required, recommend changes to the team composition and functioning to maximize program effectiveness; he/she will also create the conditions to ensure effective teamwork and morale; ensure staff wellbeing is addressed.
