Security Control Center Team Lead/Supervisor

The Security control center team lead/supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the security control center. This will include all the security systems and the applications used by the control center, monitoring of Geopolitical situation across APAC and timely reporting to the management with assessment on the business impact. Also supporting the North America Control Center operations to monitor the Bank Intrusion alarms during their night shift and weekend/holidays (as and when required for business continuity).

Functions/Responsibilities:

• The Team Lead should be able to have strong Incident Expertise skills.
• He should have good communication skills to interact with both internal and external customers as needed.
• He should have very good knowledge of CCTV, access control, badging and Intrusion alarm systems.
• He should have multi-tasking skills so that he may need to pitch in as required.
• He should be Supporting team members and mentor the team members as required.
• He should be multi-tasking.
• The Lead must be able to develop new processes and procedures for control center as and when required.
• Ensure you carry out regular audits of work done by the team and maintain the quality of work.
• Support audits and ensure all the reports are shared to respective stakeholders as desired on weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Ensure you maintain all auditable documents in the share point and be ready to share as and when required by the auditors/management.
• Ensure proper documentations of all training programs are retained and records are kept for future reference.
• Supporting the internal investigations and sharing the reports.
• Assist team members with development of employee corrective action plans.
• Sharing of team metrics to the Management on monthly basis.
• Maintaining of Inventory for the security systems installed in the APAC Regional offices.
• Support all Global Security Operations cross functional teams as directed; to include specialized areas such as investigations, security systems, and event security.
• Receive, review, and communicate all changes to Security policy and procedure to the team members. This includes ensuring team compliance with these policies and procedures coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seek advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
• As per organizational requirement, we should be in position to accept additional responsibilities for any.

Special Requirements:

• Able to support ASCC operations on weekend hours as well as when required, such as during an emergency event or crisis (including WFH).
• Performs management functions for the ASCC and is accountable for ASCC operations 24/7.

Computer Experience:

• The desired candidate must have experience in Windows and MS office including MS outlook.
• Knowledge of Access control system and CCTV applications.
• Good typing skills.
• Technical Aptitude and comfort using technology.
• Basic knowledge of Networking and Hardware
