Technical Sales Executive( Building material)- Nagpur

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the Technical Support agenda of the organization and execution within the vertical.
• Ensure Participation in Influencer activities as per targets and Business Plan / AOP. Also, review feedback for such activities and improve them to drive satisfaction levels.
• Coordination of on-ground monitoring activities of Training /CRM / Loyalty program for Influencers (Mason- Contractors, Painters & Architects/Engineers) Handling Applicators
• To remain in regular touch with Premium Channel Partners / Retailers & Influencers to improve awareness and educate them about our products & services.
• Capture information on Competition activities & promotional schemes.
• Promote our products and services in the market through organizing product awareness meets for influencers like Contractors, Builders, Architects/ Engineers & Painters etc. Organizing Technical Seminars / Conferences for leading Architects & Engineers
• Assist in the resolution of Customer complaints and inquiries through defined processes & systems.
• Provide feedback on product quality and consistency. Also, Carry out Blind Product Testing through in-market panels in defined periods.
• Training the team & Customers/Applicators, and end users to update Professional and technical skills.
• Assist the marketing team to achieve their performance targets by making customer calls on key customers to promote products.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 2 years of experience in technical sales

B.E/B.Tech Civil/ Diploma civil qualification is mandatory
