Assistant Finance Controller

Job Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the efforts and results of the financial department. Reporting to the Finance
Controregardsds to all financial and accounting activities. Overseeing financial department
staff in day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Oversee all company accounts and investments.
2) Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
3) Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
4) Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial
assistants.
5) Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
6) Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
7) Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations
and legislation.
8) Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
9) Manage all GST Compliance requirements
10) Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.

12) Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
13) Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
14) Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
15) Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
Skills and Qualifications:
1) Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
2) 4 – Companies experience in a Companiese environment. FMCG Company experience an added
advantage. Tally Accting Software experience of is a must.
3) 2-3 years Management experience for a minimum 300 Cr AnExperienceer Company.
4) Exaperience in GST compliance is must.
