Roles and Responsibilities
1) Recruit, train, and support team members
2) Define and manage relations with contractors, suppliers, distribution networks, and institutions, as well as internal departments
3) Govern end-to-end effective warehousing & logistics process in a highly demanding business environment
4) Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
5) Manage budgeting, recording, planning, and auditing.
6) Drive operational excellence and process improvements across the billing and logistics supply chain.
7) Effective Inventory management thereby ensuring accuracy of stock level through perpetual stock audits, third-party physical verifications
8) Prioritize & drive 3PL for outcomes that are aligned to meet business aspirations
9) Responsible for training and development of internal and 3PL resources
10) Lead projects around new warehouses, ERP, etc
11) Drive ISO 22000:2018 quality management processes across all warehouses
12) Ensure safety, security, quality, HACCP, and food safety is managed in all processes
