General Manager-HORECA
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to manage sales of our brands in the
premium HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Caf) This position reports to Chief Officer- Sales & Strategy
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets in the
HORECA channel.
Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with F&B managers and purchase
managers of premium HORECA outlets in designated territories of PAN India.
Lead and mentored a team of sales professionals to ensure the effective execution of sales
plans and objectives.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and
market penetration.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop tailored solutions
and offerings for key accounts.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior
management.
Tie up with major 5-star chains, food services, QSR chains, airports, railways, and premium
caterers across India
Develop and service key institutions like amusement parks, movie theatres etc. Manage

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving sales growth in the
premium HORECA channel.
Strong network and relationships with F&B managers and purchase managers of premium
HORECA outlets in India
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of sales experience, preferably in
the Frozen Food/FMCG industry
Channel While experience in the Ice Cream sector is preferred, it is not compulsory
Bachelorâs degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
