Role:

The Role is part of the Business Control team, and Managing & Analyzing Cost and Various Reports related to the Management.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Costing system for manufactured products.
• Actual Costing, Variance analysis and identifying areas of improvement in operations
• Work closely with production, purchase team for cost optimization.
• Analyzing actual manufacturing costs & preparing periodic reports comparing standard cost to actual production cost
• Initiating & evaluating cost reduction ideas.
• Preparing MIS deck as per agreed timelines, Record, report, analysis & MIS of unit/vertical wise profitability
• Data collection & Cost Tracking, Cost Benefit Analysis.
• Handling areas related to Inventory like Inventory movement, Production Cycle Time
• Efficiency & Productivity report - labour Productivity, Machinery Utilization

Preferred Experience and skills:

• 2-4 years Experience in Manufacturing industry
• Experience managing costs and valuations in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic Cost Accounting Work, Advance Excel, V & H look up, Pivot
• Problem-solving skills, output-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze the data quickly

Qualification:

CMA qualified
