Engineer/ Sr. Engineer- Wintel Administrator

Prior experience as a Wintel Administrator, or in a similar technical support role, is desirable but not mandatory.

Basic knowledge of Windows server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019).

Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking concepts.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Relevant certifications such as MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and associated hardware.

Perform routine server checks, apply updates, and conduct system health assessments.

Monitor server performance and respond to alerts, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.

Support system security measures, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Assist in applying security patches and updates to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
