Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring high availability and performance of network services.
Oversee the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure across the organization, including technologies such as SD-WAN and MPLS.
Manage a comprehensive firewall strategy and other security measures to protect company data and mitigate risks.
Spearhead service improvement projects in network and security domains, enhancing efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Develop and enforce IT standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, staying ahead of trends and advancements in network and security technologies.
Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align the network and security infrastructure with the strategic goals of the organization.
Manage budgeting and forecasting for network and security operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master s degree preferred.
than 15 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise network infrastructures.
Profound knowledge of network architecture and technology, including hands-on experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, and other modern networking technologies.
Extensive experience in managing both NOC and SOC environments.
Strong expertise in firewall management and network security measures.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructures, protocols, and standards such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, etc.
Experience in dealing with Major OEM like Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HP, Dell etc.
Proven track record of leading service improvement projects in a network environment.
Demonstrated ability to drive IT standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor IT teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or similar.
Experience in cloud technologies and cybersecurity advancements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
