General Summary of role:
The candidate will design, implement, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium
WebDriver to ensure software applications meet business and technical requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
2. Create reusable automation frameworks to optimize test coverage.
3.Analyze functional and technical requirements to determine testing scope and strategy.
4. Identify test cases for automation based on project needs and maintain traceability.
5. Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and Report
6. Integrate Selenium with other tools like TestNG, Maven, or CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps)
7.Generate test reports and communicate test results, coverage, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
1. Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with hands-on experience in creating automation scripts and
Frameworks
2. Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
3. Experience with test frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
4. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps Jenkins, Git, and build tools like
Maven/Gradle.
Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good to have Skills:
Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Understanding of cloud-based testing environments and mobile automation tools like Appium
