Wai Technologies - Grafana Developer - YAML/ElasticSearch (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Grafana Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing advanced Grafana dashboards and panels, creating custom widgets, and integrating with Elastic Search and Open Telemetry for seamless monitoring and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Grafana dashboards and panels to meet user experience and monitoring needs.

- Create custom Grafana panels or plugins if existing widgets do not meet requirements.

- Write and manage JavaScript under Grafana YAML configuration for enhanced dashboard control.

- Develop and optimize Elastic Search queries for effective data retrieval and visualization.

- Leverage Open Telemetry for plugin development and monitoring capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Grafana dashboards and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in developing dashboards and panels using Grafana.

- Hands-on experience with Grafana YAML and JavaScript for advanced control.

- Proficiency in writing and optimizing queries in Elastic Search.

- Knowledge and experience with Open Telemetry, including plugin development.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Educational Qualifications :

- The ideal candidate should have one of the following educational qualifications:.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Relevant certifications in Grafana, Elastic Search, or Open Telemetry are highly desirable.

3. Additional training or certifications in JavaScript, Monitoring Tools, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in fast-paced environments with large data sets.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools and observability platforms.

- Knowledge of other visualization tools or APM solutions is a plus.
