Presales Executive/Inside sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
• Identify and qualify potential customers from inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the companys products and services to effectively present them to prospects.
• Research and identify new sales leads using platforms like LinkedIn, company websites, and databases.
2. Sales Conversion:
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat etc
• Present products/services to prospective customers.
• Set up calls / demos for the sales team
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to help close sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Manage and update the CRM system to track all interactions and sales activity.
4. Sales Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, lead status, and pipeline.
5. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategies and campaigns.
• Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales or similar roles.
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in eLearning industry and Tender / bid submission will be a plus
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer service best practices.
