*Key Responsibilities:*
*Client Relationship Management:*
1. Manage a portfolio of 25 approximate high-value B2B clients, focusing on Banks, Insurance, Wealth, KPO and other Financial Organizations.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with L&D Heads, HR heads, Business Heads other key decision-makers.
3. Conduct regular business reviews to understand clients' ever evolving learning and organization's development goals, challenges, and needs.
4. Ensure client service by internally co-ordinating with stakeholders for quick resolutions and managing escalations effectively with internal service team.
*Business Development:*
1. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue growth.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business from existing clients.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., content solution team, Project Management team and other teams) to deliver customized skill based training and other digital learning solutions.
4. Identify marketing strategies to acquire new clients and grow the account.
5. evaluate and implement techniques to reactivate inactive and dormant clients to ensure business continuity
*Product Knowledge and Sales:*
1. Stay up to date on L&D products and services, including BFSI sector's learning requirement and gaining insights into the L&D market dynamics.
2. Co-ordinate with internal content solution team to share tailored solutions
3. Arrange meeting with SMEs of the organization and moderate the meeting for constructive outcomes leading to business conversion.
*Risk Management:*
1. Create commercial proposal for win - win proposition with advice of board members and negotiate for best deal closures.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client invoicing is on time and client payments are in time.
*Internal Collaboration:*
1. Work closely with L&D specialists, trainer management team, project management teams and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
2. Communicate client needs and feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and service through better process suggestions.
3. Guide project team during project execution by bridging with clients.
*Performance Monitoring and Reporting:*
1. Track and analyse client performance metrics (e.g., revenue growth, customer satisfaction).
2. Provide regular reports to management on portfolio performance, client engagement, and sales pipeline through MIS and performance meeting
*Skills and Qualifications:*
1. Post Graduate degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B banking sales, relationship management, or a related field.
3. Proven track record of success in managing high-value client relationships and driving revenue growth.
4. Fair understanding of L&D products and services (offline/digital), training, corporate L&D, banking, insurance, capital market and financial institutions.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to analyse complex client requirement and provide insightful solutions with SME support.
7. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
8. Strong team player and cross functional networking skills that reserve the ability to get work done in best interest of clients and organization.
*Desirable Qualifications:*
1. Postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA, Masters).
2 Experience working with CRM and Lead management software.
4. Knowledge of industry-specific trends and challenges (e.g., e-learning solutions, virtual training platforms).
