Job Description

About Project:
As part of our growth strategy, we are building a Demand Generation Team to drive prospective efforts into the US market. We are seeking highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team and contribute to our lead generation efforts. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating top-of-the-funnel leads for our Account Executives, focusing on IT services sales within the US market. You will work closely with the inside sales team, using your prospecting and lead generation skills to identify potential customers in sectors like healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. Your primary goal is to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Prospect and generate leads through targeted email campaigns, cold outreach, and other demand generation activities.
  • Market Focus: Identify and generate leads for mid-market and enterprise clients in the US, focusing on industries like healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and heavy engineering.
  • BANT Qualification: Validate leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) to ensure they are of high quality and sales ready.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to develop and execute strategies that bring leads through the funnel to conversion.
  • Metrics and Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets, specifically focusing on generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) .
  • Communication: Build a strong rapport with prospects to understand their needs, generate interest in our IT services, and create opportunities for our sales team.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation role, preferably in an IT services company.
  • IT Industry Expertise: Understanding of selling Microsoft services or similar IT solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients, particularly in the US market.
  • BANT Knowledge: Proven experience with the BANT lead qualification methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
  • Lead Generation Success: Strong track record of hitting lead generation targets, including generating SQLs and managing a pipeline.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with decision-makers.
  • Target Markets: Experience working in industries like healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and heavy engineering is preferred.
  • Mindset: Resilient and able to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment. Thick-skinned and comfortable with rejection.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with the IT services landscape and understanding of analytics and data engineering.
