Job Description
- Program Leadership:
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of multiple programs aligned with WINs mission.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, funders, and community organizations.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and ensure effective communication.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define program strategies and goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the innovation ecosystem.
- Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Establish metrics and KPIs to assess program impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Development:
- Mentor and support program team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with funding requirements.
- Identify opportunities for funding and resource mobilization.
- Qualifications:
- Masterdegree in any branch of Science/ Engineering / Medicine
- 10+ years of experience in program management, managing funding initiatives with focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, or social impact.
- Strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem and experience working in emerging markets.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
