Experience:
- Min 3 years of experience working with node.js
- 5-7 years of backend development experience with large scale applications
- Must have skills: 1. Excellent understanding of node.js includinglimitations and workarounds.
- 2. Knowledge of designing and using backend serviceswhich can scale horizontally using NodeJS and Express.
- 3. Knowledge of performance tuning and the fundamentaldesign principles behind building scalable applications.
4. Experience with data modelling in RDBMS likePostgres/Mysql and nosql DB like mongodb
5. Knowledge of latest Architecture trends, DesignPatterns used in javascript/node.js community and awareness of tradeoffsinvolved in building complex micro services based architecture.
6. Strong communication and inter-personal skills.Ability to work in distributed teams.
7. Knowledge of streaming and messaging platforms likeKAFKA and RabbitMQ
8. Familiarity with CI/CD using jenkins and deployingdocker containers with orchestration tools like kubernetes
9. Basic knowledge in DevOps like logging, horizontaland vertical scaling, cost reduction and optimisation
