CommunityEngagement Lead

Location: Based inone of the 5 hubs (Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, Chennai)

RoleOverview:

TheCommunity Engagement Lead will primarily focus on fostering a vibrant startupcommunity within their specific hub by engaging with stakeholders, organizingevents, and building relationships. Additionally, they will collaborate withCommunity Engagement Leads from other hubs to identify and leverage synergies,ensuring a cohesive and impactful national ecosystem.

KeyResponsibilities:

PrimaryResponsibilities (Hub-Specific):

Community Building: Driveengagement within the hub by connecting startups, mentors, student bodies,corporates, and other ecosystem players.

Event Management: Organize workshops, meetups, forums, and hackathons tailored to the hub\u2019sneeds.

Success Stories: Identify and highlight impactful startup journeys and achievements within thehub.

Stakeholder Engagement: Buildand maintain strong relationships with mentors, corporates, and governmentbodies to enhance ecosystem offerings.

Local Collaboration: Facilitate partnerships with local universities, incubators, accelerators, andcorporates to strengthen the hub\u2019s ecosystem.

SecondaryResponsibilities (Cross-Hub Collaboration):

Knowledge Sharing: Workwith Community Engagement Leads from other hubs to share best practices andalign efforts.

Cross-Hub Initiatives: Collaborate on multi-hub forums, events, or campaigns to address sharedchallenges and opportunities.

National Impact: Contribute insights and recommendations to ensure alignment between the hub\u2019sefforts and national ecosystem goals.

Qualifications:

3\u20136 years of experiencein community engagement, ecosystem building, or event management.

Proven ability to buildand manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including startups,mentors, corporates, and government agencies.

Demonstrated success inorganizing impactful events and workshops.

Strong communication andstorytelling skills to highlight startup and ecosystem achievements.

A collaborative mindsetto work effectively across multiple hubs and teams.
