-Assist in organizing team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition programs to promote teamwork and celebrate employee achievements. - Support the coordination of training programs and workshops by managing logistics and scheduling. - Help maintain training calendars, track attendance, and gather participant feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of programs. - Assist with general HR administration tasks, including preparing reports and updating employee records in HR databases. - Support the HR team with documentation, and reporting duties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Passionate about problem solving.
