Job Description
- Conduct in-depth research on AI models, technologies, and use cases across industries.
- Analyze AI-related datasets and resources to generate actionable insights.
- Stay updated on emerging advancements in machine learning, natural language processing, and related fields.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for AI research findings, frameworks, and workflows.
- Develop white papers, case studies, and reports to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to diverse audiences.
Project Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support AI-related initiatives.
- Assist in developing project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables for AI research and implementation projects.
- Track and report on the progress of technology operations projects.
Knowledge Management:
- Organize and maintain a centralized repository of AI research, documentation, and best practices.
- Ensure proper version control and accessibility of resources for the team.
- Create templates, guidelines, and SOPs for research and documentation processes.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to gather inputs and validate documentation.
- Support internal and external presentations, workshops, and discussions on AI topics.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on research priorities and deliverables.
Compliance and Ethics
- Assist in ensuring that AI research and documentation adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and organizational policies.
- Support the integration of fairness, accountability, and transparency into AI projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize technical information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating technical documentation.
- Advance level understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and terminology (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, NLP).
- Experience working with government agencies, research institutions, think tanks, or technology firms on policy development, regulatory analysis, or digital initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex environments and work effectively under pressure.
- High ethical standards and commitment to promoting responsible AI practices, including transparency, fairness, and accountability.
