About The Role Community Engagement Lead Healthcare Consulting.

We are currently seeking a proactive and charismatic Community Engagement Lead to foster relationships within the healthcare provider community, enhancing our brand visibility and establishing long-term partnerships.

The Community Engagement Lead will be instrumental in engaging with doctors, hospitals, medical associations, and the broader healthcare provider community.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified doctor (MBBS) or dentist (BDS/MDS) with a business management degree or experience in medical affairs/medico marketing.

This role requires exceptional communication skills and a camera-savvy personality, as the Lead will frequently reach out, establish partnerships, and engage in interviews, live webinars, and panel discussions with key stakeholders.

Location Pune, INDIA.

Roles & Responsibilities.

Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture a thriving community around our brand among healthcare professionals.

Engage with medical professionals, healthcare institutions, and medical associations to promote collaboration and partnership opportunities.

Organize and host live webinars, panel discussions, and interviews to boost engagement and provide value to the community.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, enhancing brand visibility and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align community engagement strategies with overall business objectives.

Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Provide regular feedback from the community to help shape the companys products and services to better meet the needs of healthcare providers.

Medical degree (MBBS) or dental qualifications (BDS/MDS) required.

Proven experience in community engagement, ideally within the healthcare sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong presence on camera.

Demonstrated ability to host and manage live events, webinars, and discussions.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and external contacts.

Enthusiastic and strong public speaker with the ability to persuade and influence others.

Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
