As a Healthcare Consultant in the Customer Experience Team, you will serve as the liaison between our. company, doctors, and pharmaceutical companies. You will represent VyasLife through communication and. digital engagement within the healthcare ecosystem, building brand presence and trust with healthcare. practitioners and pharmaceutical companies, both online and in-person
You will help our customers — including doctors, top hospitals, pharmaceutical and medical device companies,. and government agencies — see the benefits of our solutions. As a key member of our entrepreneurial team, you. will play a vital role in communicating with doctors and pharmaceutical companies

Location: Pune, INDIA. Roles & Responsibilities. Establish and implement strategic partnerships with key accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for these accounts, coordinating with internal teams (Delivery,. Sales, Product) and customer stakeholders
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly, aiming for repeat business as a key. performance indicator
Engage with doctors and clients regularly to build long-term relationships
Prepare project plans with the content team and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of. assignments
Present and communicate company offerings to clients, signing them up for our services
Lead external scientific/clinical exchanges with the medical community, bringing customer insights back. into the organization through various interactions and activities
Manage the on boarding, implementation, training, and retention of assigned projects
Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust, and identifying opportunities to add. value
Establish a trusted advisor relationship with stakeholders, driving continued value from our products. and services
Communicate effectively with client partners to understand needs, maximize retention and growth, and. share insights
Enhance existing processes and initiatives to improve healthcare professional engagement
Work with the sales and marketing team to support project closures and develop case studies
Personality Traits & Professional Requirements. We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong results-oriented mindset, passionate about building and. maintaining customer relationships and networking. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, onboard. and train clients, and work to minimize churn. They should possess a professional and positive outlook, with the. ability to provide medical and clinical insights for client projects and enhance the customer experience through. proactive communication
Successful candidates must be analytical, quick to learn new systems, and effective communicators who engage. with client partners, maximize value, and develop strategies to expand our customer base
Qualifications. BDS/MBBS/Life Sciences professional with an MBA and a passion for evidence-based medicine
Between 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare consulting or project management setting
Excellent communicator with strong skills in both medicine and life sciences
Enthusiastic about writing, speaking, and breaking the ice in social settings
Believes in the broader role of doctors in the business of medicine
Willing to travel and meet people with diverse healthcare backgrounds
Strong belief in technology’s role in the future of medicine
Desire to create an impact in a dynamic, startup environment
