Salesforce Developer - nCino (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Required Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with nCino Bank Operating System, including modules like Loan Origination, Product Catalog, Credit Memo, Collateral Management, and Smart Checklists.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and ETL tools for connecting Salesforce with external systems.

- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, especially Commercial Credit, Business Banking, and Middle Market, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end credit cycle.

- Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SCRUM methodologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with nCino UI Configuration, including routes, screen setups, and nCino Smart Checklists.

- Expertise in Salesforce deployment strategies, code merging, and maintaining smooth change management processes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
