.Net Core Developer - ASP/Blazor (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using ASP.Net Core Blazor ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Help maintain code quality organization and automatization.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

- Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure robust and error-free code.

- Document software designs and code to ensure maintainability.

- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with advancements in the field.

Qualifications :

- Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on ASP.Net Core Blazor ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

- Show experience in new product development particularly in the T&H domain is a plus.

- Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

- Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
