Product Manager - CX Gen AI Platform

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven CX solutions, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer insights, and business objectives.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and drive product development. • Incorporate advanced AI technologies such as generative AI, large language models (LLMs), machine learning, natural language processing, data and predictive analytics for solving CX use-cases.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and diNerentiation

. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered CX applications.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and track ongoing performance.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches. • Act as a subject matter expert on AI technologies, CX platform and trends, providing guidance and thought leadership to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven track record of 5+ years in product management, with a focus on AI or CXrelated products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, large language models (LLMs), natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate eNectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
