Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  
• Identify and qualify new client acquisition targets by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  
• Create compelling proposals and presentations to win new business deals from existing and new clients.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services to new clients.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in Business Development & Marketing or related field.
  
• Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and closing deals.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
