Education:
- B. tech/M. tech in Oils or Cosmetics Formulation
Role & responsibilities :
- To plan and conduct the formulation experiments including the evaluation of performance.
- To provide technical support to customers.
- Troubleshooting and optimizing product application.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product development processes
Preferred candidate profile:
- Min. 6-10 years of experience R&D in R&D - specialty chemical section.
- Strong technical knowledge of specialty chemicals and its applications
- Strong conceptual, planning, and decision-making skills
- Deep data analysis, planning and forecasting skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
