Scientist

The primary responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Manage projects end-to end; from requirement gathering and initiation phase through to

project closure\commercialization

• Organize, direct and execute the activities across multiple functional areas using cross-

functional delivery teams comprised of Research, Product development, Technology

development, Piloting and Scale up, Operations, and Business development professionals

• Ensure projects are completed on time, meet cost\revenue objectives and achieve the

desired goals.

• Ensure viable projects are successfully piloted and scaled up to meet commercial objectives.

• Provide Technical support to all divisions.

• Demonstrate Control-Develop and maintain the project control charts, monitor resource

needs

• Coordinate and track of all project interdependencies with regard to sourcing raw materials,

managing people, customer management, Sponsorship, Coordination with Operational

planning, logistics etc.

• Oversee and review project scope/requirements periodically; identify, monitor and

communicate impact to ensure the objectives are always aligned to the needs of the

sponsor.

• Manage issues and risks through an on-going process of identifying, assessing, tracking,

developing and executing risk mitigation measures.

• Own and manage all agile systems; training and performance processes

• Create and present project communications; develop material to be used in various

communication activities such as Sponsor Status Meetings, Client presentations, marketing

collateral, Technical reviews etc.

• Establish quality measures and standards in adherence to agile that ensure milestones are

met, projects are completed timely and identified benefits are realized

• Coach team members and provide new opportunities to develop new skills as appropriate

• Develop processes and tools that encourage continuous improvements

• Drive completion of deliverables and achievement of desired results
