Sr Designer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of animation or motion design.
• Experience in responsive design for different screen sizes and devices.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
