Associate II - Product Design

Under guidance from Senior Product Designers provide product design support through the product development lifecycle. Ensure the product meets business goals and deadlines while keeping customer satisfaction at the core. Collaboratively work with business technology and product teams to understand the product vision and translate into tangible product design propositions. Outcomes: Support creation of the conceptual representation of solutions with intuitive interaction navigation and organization design. Support design for user-centered navigation interaction sketches wireframes low-fidelity and high-fidelity mock-ups; as well as interactive prototypes minimum viable beta and production-ready applications by designing user interface elements UX specifications design language systems and standards. Support design of interaction models for multiple form-factors including web applications mobile apps kiosks games and wearable user interfaces. Work within brand guidelines to create user interfaces that reinforce a brand s style or voice through visual expression. Practice design alongside multidisciplinary teams including product engineers product managers business stakeholders and other designers.
