The Assistant Manager - MIS, with advanced Excel, VBA macros, and MS Access expertise, will be a pivotal part of our organization, collaborating closely with the MIS Manager to ensure precise data analysis, reporting, and process automation. The ideal candidate will excel in advanced Excel, VBA macros, and MS Access, possess strong analytical skills, and have a deep understanding of MIS processes.Key Responsibilities:1. Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel functions, VBA macros, and MS Access queries to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights. Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards for clear, actionable data presentation. Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.2. MS Access Database Management: Design, develop, maintain, and optimize MS Access databases to efficiently store, manage, and retrieve critical data. Create custom forms, queries, and reports within MS Access to streamline data operations and enhance data quality. Troubleshoot database-related issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy.3. Advanced Process Automation: Develop intricate VBA scripts and automation solutions in Excel and MS Access to streamline routine tasks, data processing, and reporting. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, implement solutions, and reduce errors while saving time.4.
