The Assistant Manager - MIS, with advanced Excel, VBA macros, and MS Access expertise, will be a pivotal part of our organization, collaborating closely with the MIS Manager to ensure precise data analysis, reporting, and process automation. The ideal candidate will excel in advanced Excel, VBA macros, and MS Access, possess strong analytical skills, and have a deep understanding of MIS processes.Key Responsibilities:1. Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel functions, VBA macros, and MS Access queries to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights. Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards for clear, actionable data presentation. Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.2. MS Access Database Management: Design, develop, maintain, and optimize MS Access databases to efficiently store, manage, and retrieve critical data. Create custom forms, queries, and reports within MS Access to streamline data operations and enhance data quality. Troubleshoot database-related issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy.3. Advanced Process Automation: Develop intricate VBA scripts and automation solutions in Excel and MS Access to streamline routine tasks, data processing, and reporting. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, implement solutions, and reduce errors while saving time.4. Data Quality Management: Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy within the MIS database and MS Access applications. Implement data validation checks, cleansing processes, and data quality controls to ensure robust data management.5. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to MIS processes, VBA code, and MS Access database structures for reference, training, and best practice adherence. Ensure all processes and procedures conform to industry best practices and internal standards.6. Collaborative Approach: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions that align with their needs. Provide training and support to colleagues on advanced Excel, VBA macros, and MS Access techniques.7. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to MIS, Excel, VBA macros, and MS Access. Actively identify opportunities for process enhancement, propose and implement improvements to optimize operations. Qualifications
