QA System Test Analyst

We are looking for smart, self -motivated people with excellent communication skills to join our Customer Operations Team as Solution Lead, with a passion for customer handling and demonstrated experience. You will be responsible for technical delivery and integration of VuNet s AIOps platform in the customer environment. You will lead a team of Platform engineers and work with a cross functional team of Product and Customer Organization to deliver on the implementation.

• Must have 2-4 years of Software Testing experience.
• 1-2 years of experience on in Application Performance Monitoring or Observability platform testing.
• Experience in Linux/Unix, Windows Operating System, and SQL language.
• Vast and Strong experience in different types of testing for each stage of the product development.
• Expertise in preparing & reviewing Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Plan, Test Suite, Test Data, and reporting execution results.
• Good at making required Test setups and maintain the same.
• Ability to troubleshoot and find the possible root cause when reporting any bugs.
• Good team player and fast learner.
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented & passionate to the delivery the Product with world-class quality.

• Experience in Non-functional testing & tools.
• Document Writing - Release Notes, Installation & Upgrade/Migration guides, Troubleshooting guides.
• Capability to create short self-learning videos about the product.
• Network Management Systems knowledge.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Kafka, Docker Containers, Grafana, Kubernetes.
• Scripting languages and Automation experience will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of JSON, XML, HTML.
• Testing certifications.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or B.Tech Information Technology or any related field.

• Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization.
