Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment: Find and hire the best candidates for the job
• Onboarding: Ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization
• Payroll: Attendance Management, Leave Management. Process payroll transactions like bonuses, deductions, and salary adjustments
• Performance management: Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
• Compensation and benefits: Create and manage employee compensation and benefits packages
• Policy management: Create and update HR policies and ensure employees comply with them
• Employee relations: Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and engagement activities
• Budget management: Monitor the HR department's budget

Preferred candidate profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist activities.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, payroll processing, attendance management, leave management, onboarding processes.
