Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated .Net Full Stack Developer with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .Net Core, .Net 6, ReactJS, Redux, SQL, and Web API. The role demands a solid understanding of backend development, frontend technologies, and database management. As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable applications, ensuring high performance and seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using C#, .Net Core, and .Net 6.

- Implement RESTful Web APIs to support seamless data communication between client and server.

- Build and integrate reusable ReactJS components with Redux state management for dynamic and interactive user interfaces.

2. Database Management :

- Design, optimize, and manage relational databases using SQL Server.

- Write efficient and complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support application functionality.

- Ensure database security, integrity, and performance optimization.

3. Code Quality and Testing :

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with QA teams to resolve application issues and improve performance.

4. Collaboration :

- Work closely with product owners, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

5. Problem Solving and Optimization :

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing applications.

- Continuously optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.

Mandatory Skills

1. Backend Technologies :

- Proficient in C#, .Net Core, .Net 6, and Web API.

2. Frontend Technologies :

- Strong experience with ReactJS and Redux for UI development.

3. Database :

- Hands-on expertise with SQL Server for database design and query optimization.

4. Other Skills :

- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Familiarity with other frontend libraries or frameworks.

- Experience in performance tuning and monitoring tools.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
