Software Engineer - React.js Framework (5-7 yrs)

Job Title : Expert Software Engineer - UI (Mobile & Web)

Location : Fully Remote

Experience Required : Minimum 5+ years in frontend and mobile application development.

Work Mode : Fully Remote (US-based company, collaborating globally).

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

1. Frontend Development :

- Design and develop scalable, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Ensure cross-device compatibility and optimize applications for maximum performance.

2. Mobile Application Development :

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Apache Cordova.

- Integrate device-level APIs to enhance mobile app functionality.

3. State Management :

- Implement efficient state management strategies using Redux and Redux-saga to ensure seamless user experiences.

4. Collaboration :

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographies.

- Contribute to discussions, share knowledge, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.

5. Problem Solving and Innovation :

- Analyze complex business requirements and develop innovative solutions.

- Use root cause analysis techniques to address and resolve issues efficiently.

6. Continuous Learning and Communication :

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Actively participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Provide constructive feedback and communicate ideas effectively in team meetings.

Qualifications and Experience :

Frontend Expertise :

- Proven hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and performance optimization techniques.

Mobile Development Skills :

- Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using Apache Cordova.

- Familiarity with native iOS/Android development or Cordova plugin development is a plus.

State Management :

- Proficiency in Redux and Redux-saga for managing complex application states.

UI Frameworks :

- Experience with Material UI or similar frameworks is preferred.
