Meeting, interacting, working closely regular follow-ups with Dept. Managers, Business units other stake holders for understanding the resource needs, hiring numbers, draw up hiring plans strategies to hire right fit candidate through different channels for all requirements.
Responsible in bringing in innovative resourcing practices, procedures to minimize cycle time of on boarding
Involved in business review meetings with stakeholders on weekly, bi - weekly, Monthly basis providing updates to Sr. Management. Responsibility also includes Creating/monitoring various Reports
Ability in handling multiple priorities, with a bias for action a genuine interest in professional development.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within team as well as independently
Strong Knowledge of the local market, the business, recruiting processes, branding
Take a lead on employer branding initiatives that support co's reputation as an employer of choice.
Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Must have 6+ years of management experience in HR, specifically in full-cycle recruiting
Comfortable working in a highly visible role
Should have experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, US IT Recruitment, Resource Management & Talent Management with large scale IT staffing firm
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
