Planning and executing and hosting Employee Engagement Activities

• Taking Induction and exit interviews to have a smooth onboarding/offboarding process.
• Initiating and executing HR strategies to sustain employees and resolve any queries from within.
• Making sure to process employee relation programs
• Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
• Updating and reviewing, editing the employee handbook
• Creating job descriptions as per requirements for the departments
• Business communication across the company as and when required
• Writing job descriptions as per department
• Coordinating, inviting external parties to come and perform for the company [EEA]
• Initiating and maintaining a line of courses for Internal clubs
• Maintaining records of employee participation in all extracurricular programs
• Work with the marketing team for any internal email communication for festivities.
• Responsible to prepare and release the monthly HR newsletter every month along with creative mind
