HR Manager

Manager HR & Admin will be primarily responsible for the following deliverables, across all functions and locations at Volkswagen Palace Cross and Kia Central:-

Manager-HR & Admin reports to AGM - HR

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment

• Resource planning of the organisation both on-roll as well as Contract staff

• Induction

• New joinee induction orientation

• Retention

• Understand issues that are causing the attrition

• Employee Engagement & Relations

• Managing Employee Engagement activities celebrations, events, etc
• Dissemination of HR Policies
• Assisting Operating Managers in managing inter-employee relationship issues, whenever and wherever required
• Grievance handling and counselling

• General Administration

• Design and implement robust Indenting process for purchase of Stationery and Housekeeping materials
• Monitor housekeeping staff and their activities
• Manage and engage with landlords of premises taken on rent for upkeep, maintenance and infrastructure issues

• Branch Visit

• Visit all branches – Sales, Service & Stock Yard as per calendar prepared
• Inspect campus for any irregularities
• Addressing issues or concerns if any
• Share visit report

• Training

• Timely response and nominations of online training portal
• Training Co-ordination

• Employee Documentation

• Employee joining formalities
• Record keeping

• Payroll

• Employee data updating in Saral Paypack
• Prepare required documents for Payroll Audit

• ADMIN

• Admin co-ordination for all Sales & Service branches across Karnataka

• Others

• Employee background verification
• Issuing uniforms, Shoes, ID cards & Business cards

• Monthly Reports

Good in admin-related activities across Karnataka branches

Willing to travel across all branches
