Role & responsibilities

Role : HR Executive

Purpose of the Role :

1.Responsible for payroll management, calculation and processing of on-cycle and off-cycle payroll, and post-payroll activities.
2. Ensure compliance with customers payroll policy as well as statutory guidelines for payroll.
3. Responsible for involvement and completion of TEI initiatives by self.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Responsible for managing the payroll calendar, and updating the same in case of any changes, for each of the client.
• Responsible for input data considering all attendance, bonuses, leaves etc.
• Responsible for migration activities for new client onboarding and completing the migration process on time.
• Responsible in Front end configuration for new clients migration and existing clients.
• Responsible for verification of employee data to account for transfers, resignation, and new joiners.
• Ensure adherence to customers payroll calendar.
• Responsible for addition of new joiners in the system, and verification of their details.
• Responsible for Managing reconciliation and tax-filling post payroll processing, and rectify discrepancies, if any .
• Responsible for alignment with customers policy including leave policy, allowances, overtime etc.
• Responsible for specific tax and other statutory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

KILL REQUIRED:

• Good Communication
• Accounting Knowledge
• Knowledge of MS tools - Excel (Vlook-up, Pivot Table etc), Word, PowerPoint.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Payroll Knowledge (PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity.. etc)
• Employee self-services and HRMS
• Update salary Inputs like Attendance, onetime payments and Deduction etc
• Validate Output of Salary Registers.
• Validate PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, TDS calculations.
• Manage and Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Co-ordinate with clients to understand their payroll process and setup.
• Configure payroll setup in system.
• Quarterly and Yearly Return Filing.
• Address and resolve clients queries related to Payroll.
• Provide payroll process training to clients.
• Process Full and Final Settlement.
