Job Title : HubSpot CRM Administrator
Employment Type : Full-Time/Part-Time
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HubSpot CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM platform. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related activities, ensuring that the system supports our marketing, sales, and customer service teams. This role involves configuring the system, managing integrations, creating workflows, and providing user support.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management and Maintenance :
- Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Regularly clean and manage data to maintain data integrity.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, implementing solutions as necessary.
2. User Support and Training :
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing technical and process-related inquiries.
- Create and deliver training materials to onboard new users and enhance platform adoption.
3. Workflow and Automation Development :
- Design, build, and manage workflows, automations, and pipelines to streamline business processes.
- Optimize automation for marketing campaigns, lead scoring, and customer engagement.
4. Reporting and Analytics :
- Build custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Track and analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
5. Integration and Optimization :
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, email marketing platforms).
- Identify and recommend opportunities for system enhancements to align with business goals.
6. Compliance and Security :
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience :
- 2-3 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms and workflows, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Skills :
- Proficiency in HubSpot tools (e.g., Sales Hub, Service Hub).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM data management, integrations, and API tools.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- HubSpot CRM Administrator Certification
- Other relevant HubSpot certifications
