Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them as needed.
● Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
● Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
● Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
● Assist with data entry and document management.
● Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
● Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
● Support team members with special projects as required.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reception and administrative role.
● Presentable appearance and professional demeanour.
● Proactive attitude towards work and responsibilities.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
