Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Warehouse Auditor with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team. The Warehouse Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory, verifying stock levels, and supporting operational efficiency by conducting detailed audits and inspections. The role requires a strong eye for detail, the ability to analyze data, and the capability to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to ensure optimal warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular audits of warehouse inventory and report discrepancies.
• Executing internal audits for assigned cycles of the audit program by reviewing financial controls and testing compliance with established internal control policies, procedures, regulations and laws as applicable.
• Coordinate with internal counterparties to plan ahead to accommodate business requirements and to ensure efficient warehouse processing and low-cost operations.
• Process Excellence,5S Interventions, 5S Zones and 5S Audit.
• Auditing teams on the ground communication / understanding of the briefing points. Ensure serviceability standards are met.
• Effective compilations and reports (Daily trackers & report out).
• Work on day to day operational performance of third party logistics partners, making use of metrics and daily dashboards to ensure business objectives are met.
• Works and contribute to the system of data analytics and models which provide enhanced insight into risks and controls.
• Ensure health Safety, Security and Environment for healthy atmosphere in all WH.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Monitor the movement of goods and materials, verifying quantity, condition, and location.
• Review and analyze audit findings, providing detailed reports on issues identified.
• Conduct random checks and cycle counts to ensure proper inventory rotation.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control processes and systems to improve efficiency.
• Identify and recommend best practices for inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate from Regular studies.
• Advance Excel skills.
• 6-8 Years experience required in relevant field.
• Willing to travel on frequent basis across Pan India.
• Good Knowledge in KPI & HSE.
