Responsibilities:

Audit Planning and Execution:

1. Assist in developing and implementing the audit plan for financial, operational, and compliance audits.
2. Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk exposure.
3. Plan and perform audit fieldwork, including sampling and testing financial and operational data.

Internal Controls and Compliance:

1. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable accounting standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

1. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
2. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of audit procedures and results.

Team Supervision and Collaboration:

1. Provide guidance and training to junior auditors or team members.
2. Collaborate with other departments to understand processes and address audit concerns.

Process Improvement:

1. Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.
2. Propose enhancements to existing policies, procedures, and controls.

Stakeholder Communication:

1. Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
2. Act as a liaison between external auditors and internal teams.
