Internal Audit Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Carry out financial, operational, and compliance audit to control the full audit cycle applying audit techniques.

2. Evaluation of internal controls including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

3. Preparation of audit work papers and audit trails of work done and documenting findings.

4. Prepare and present Audit reports that reflect audits results and document processes.

5. Conduct follow up audits to enhance control over decided actions and to ensure implementation with due timelines.

6. Provide assistance in effectively performing daily operations and in execution of other official duties that the supervisor or/and management may assign.

7. Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sectors rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance (Preferable CA Inter).
• Working experience of minimum 3 - 4 Years as Internal Auditor.
• Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
• Strong reasoning & analytical skills and report writing skills.
• Advanced computer skills, MS-Office, accounting software (Preferable worked on SAP).
• Accountable, Transparent, Open, and Honest.
• Good interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate in English and Hindi.

REQUIRED:

Must have Experience in Accounting and Internal Auditing, having capability of other accounting and related work.
