Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for all business units.
• Analyse business data to generate insights for strategic and operational decision-making
• Collaborate with top management to identify business improvement opportunities and support key initiatives
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to support strategic planning and business forecasting
• Design, create, and maintain interactive dashboards that provide real-time business performance metrics.
• Generate periodic reports and present findings to senior management in an easily understandable format.
• Provide meaningful KPIs that measure productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Work with the leadership team to understand business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop high-quality presentations that effectively communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders.
• Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) is desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with other data analysis tools (SQL, Python, etc.) .

Education & Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or an MBA is a plus.
