HR Operations - Generalist (Payroll, Compliance and HRMS)

Position: HR Generalist ( HR Operations)

Location: Bengaluru (Hebbal)

Qualification and Experience: Any Graduate or Post Graduate (M.B.A - HR) with atleast 4+ Yrs experience in Human Resources -Generalist Role / HR Operations Role.

Should know how to register new Companies and have good network with Labour Officers/Commissioners. Strong in Statutory Compliance, Labour Laws.

Job role:

Ensuring Statutory Compliance and all Compliances (Labour laws) including Shops and Establishment Act ,Maternity Benefit Act, Leave Management, Equal Remuneration, Gratuity Act.

Should have done new office /Units registration under Shops and establishment Act.

Experience working with HRMS System (DarwinBox, Zing HR, Zoho Recruit, Razor Pay, SAP, Oracle cloud HRMS)

Payroll processing for & Tracking count movements

Processing Employees benefit (Leave travel allowance, Marriage Gift & Leave Encashment.

Ensuring the department complies with all leave Policies, attendance policies, Laws Rules and Regulations.

Processing & Maintaining Gratuity and Superannuation funds. Personnel File Management

Contract Employees Management (Setting up, monitoring and then tracking off role employees contract periods).

Handling Leave system.

Processing casual labours Payroll

Full & Final settlement for Casual labours.

Processing Gratuity & Superannuation Payment for Resigned / Retired employees.

Clear all outstanding issues.

Vendor Payroll process & Suspended employees Payroll as per act
