Roles and Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients through various marketing strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on market trends.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, including property showings, negotiations, and contract signings.
  Convert generated leads into sales by providing expert advice on real estate properties to clients.
• Manage channel partnerships to expand market reach and increase business opportunities.
  Develop strong communication skills to effectively handle client interactions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in real estate consulting or related field (commercial sales, lead generation).
  
• Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
